Greetings from Carver Bluffs
Homeowners Association!
All homes built after incorporation of the Association are implicit
members of Carver Bluffs Association, a non-profit Minnesota corporation. The Association's
responsibilities include:
- Landscaping/maintenance of
entrances, cul-de-sacs and certain undeveloped common areas
- Enforcement of the
Association's covenants and by-laws
- Assessment collection
In essence, the Association exists to
maintain the high-quality appearance of the development, and in turn
continue to maintain and improve property values. The Association is
managed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the homeowners, and is
governed by the Association's By-Laws and Covenants.
